Graddon

A low-ceilinged 1950s structure outlived its functional usefulness and was replaced with a sophisticated metropolitan structure. Part of the challenge was tying the new home into a preexisting cabana on the shoreline of Lake Sammamish. Large open spaces enhanced the scenic lake views while the outdoor living area extends both ends of the summer season.
