This estate went through both an interior and exterior major renovation that transformed it from a contemporary Asian design to a warm Mediterranean feeling. Interior walls were removed and ceilings lifted to make a more open, spacious feeling. The exterior received a full face lift from new stucco to a slate roof and cast concrete details. Natural materials such as walnut floors, Venetian plaster, and wrought iron all created a textural palate that is elegant but comfortable in true European form.
