The project was on a 50-foot wide lot, with a 40% slope that was compounded by stream setbacks and shoreline restrictions. Working closely with the owner and city, our creative solutions included a bridge that led to the home. The structure's sweeping overhangs, beam work, custom cedar siding, and exposed concrete walls truly are one of a kind.
