Being in love with your location and neighbors is not something that comes around often for many homeowners. This was the case for our clients who were living in a suburban neighborhood home, but were yearning for a modern escape. MacPherson Construction and Design was enlisted to create a modern entry, deck and backyard entertaining space to compliment a previously completed interior remodel. The entry was given new life by a luxuriously dark, wooden pivot door with clean line glass inserts. The entry door opens with a direct sightline to the opposing Nana doors that lead onto the deck dining area. Barn doors conceal a concrete side stair that leads to the lower deck lounge area, that shares the same elements as the upper deck, and the back yard, which boasts a putting green, trampoline, and beautiful metal sculptures.
