Renovation: Chapman Residence
A complete renovation of this simple home from the inside out transformed its personality and character.
Everything was redone, from the exterior siding to the kitchen cabinets and more. One challenge was that the residence was locked in its footprint with setback constraints, and this required re-configuring the existing square footage to meet the owners’ needs.
The transformation was completed by home remodeling experts from Texas: they added new areas such as an exercise room, crafts room, kitchen and outdoor living areas accented with textured travertine, knotty alder cabinetry, walnut floors, and hand-carved beams.
