This spectacular contemporary home is a testament to MacPherson Construction's ability to develop a lot with severe challenges. This lot had its share of restrictions, but we were able to work closely with the owner and city, our creative solutions included a bridge that led to the home. The project was on a 50-foot wide lot, with a 40% slope that was compounded by stream setbacks and shoreline restrictions.
