A three-story home on a level Lake Sammamish lot with building height and side yard constraints required negotiations with the city to rework its regulations for this Sammamish home. The Mediterranean-inspired structure required entry on the middle level. A raised, stamped concrete court created the solution and avoided a harsh flight of steps at the entry. The soft pink exterior color, coupled with cast concrete balusters, wrought iron details, and renaissance ceiling dome gave the home a true European flavor.
